Kovalify Ltd
Refund
Policy
This policy explains when we do and do not provide refunds for the Kovalify monthly subscription. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Please read it before you buy.
Effective 14 September 2026
01All sales are final
All sales are final. Kovalify Ltd does not provide refunds for the Kovalify subscription, including for unused, partially used, or unwanted subscription periods, and including where you simply change your mind.
The reason is the nature of what you are buying. On payment, you receive immediate and complete access to a private community and to digital materials that can be read, downloaded, and retained. That value is delivered in full at the moment of purchase and cannot be returned, un-viewed, or recovered by us afterwards.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to digital content and that you accept this policy.
02Cancelling is not the same as refunding
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you should do so as soon as you no longer want it. Cancelling prevents future charges. It does not reverse charges that have already been made.
- Cancel from your Whop dashboard, under your active memberships. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- You keep access until the end of that period. We do not cut access short on cancellation.
- There is no partial, pro-rated, or unused-time refund for the period you are in.
- Once a renewal payment has processed, that period is non-refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid it.
Forgetting to cancel is not itself a ground for a refund. Your renewal date is visible in your Whop dashboard at all times.
03The limited exceptions
Some exceptions exist. Two of them are ours; the rest exist because Whop or the law requires them, and we cannot contract out of those.
Where we will refund you:
- Duplicate or incorrect charges. If you were charged twice for the same period, charged after a valid cancellation, or charged an incorrect amount, we will refund the difference in full.
- Total failure of access. If you never received access because of a fault on our side, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time after you told us, we will refund that payment in full.
Where a refund may happen regardless of this policy:
- Refunds initiated by Whop. Whop retains authority to reverse a payment on its own initiative — for example where it identifies a payment processing error, suspects fraud, or is required to act by law or by card network rules. We cannot override that.
- Rights that cannot be waived. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where such a right applies, it prevails over this policy. See section 4.
04Statutory consumer rights
Consumers in the EU, EEA, and the UK
You generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content and digital services supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply has begun, provided you expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal.
Access to the Kovalify community begins immediately on purchase, and you give that consent and acknowledgement at checkout. In practice this means the 14-day withdrawal right will usually not be available to you once you have accessed the community. If you purchased and have not accessed any part of the Service, contact us within 14 days and we will assess your withdrawal request in line with the law.
Consumers in Israel
Israeli consumer protection law grants certain non-waivable cancellation rights in respect of distance transactions, which may include a limited period to cancel and a permitted cancellation fee. Where those provisions apply to your purchase, they take precedence over this policy, and we will honour them.
Consumers elsewhere
If the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence grants you a right that cannot be excluded by agreement, that right applies regardless of anything stated here.
05How to raise a request
Email support@koval.live from the email address used for the purchase, and include:
- your Whop order or receipt ID;
- the date and amount of the charge;
- which exception in section 3 or section 4 you believe applies; and
- a brief explanation of what happened.
Please raise requests within 14 days of the charge. We aim to respond within 5 working days. Where a refund is approved, it is processed through Whop back to your original payment method, and typically reaches you within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
06Chargebacks
Please contact us before contacting your bank. A chargeback is slower for you than a direct conversation, and it costs us a fee whatever the outcome.
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we will treat it as a breach of our Terms. We will submit evidence of your purchase, your acceptance of these policies, and your access to and activity within the community in order to contest it, and your access will be terminated without refund. We may also decline to serve you in future.
This does not affect your right to dispute a charge that is genuinely fraudulent or unauthorised.
07Promotional and discounted purchases
Subscriptions bought at a discount, through a promotion, or as part of a bundle are subject to this policy in exactly the same way. Where a promotional rate applies for a limited number of billing periods, the standard rate applies from the following period, and that renewal is equally non-refundable.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the version that governs it. The current version is always published at koval.live/refund-policy with its effective date shown at the top.
